The rental price includes bed linen, bath and hand towels, hot water and electricity, pool and garden maintenance, gas central heating between October and April, gas for cooking and the barbecue, firewood and the final clean at the end of your stay.
Our changeover day is Sunday but we are able to be flexible out of peak and high season.
Baby equipment available includes travel cot, high chair, clip-on chair for terrace table, stair gate, changing mat and electric hand mixer for baby food.
We require a 30% deposit of the rental amount to confirm your reservation with the balance being settled eight weeks before your departure. Payment to be made by foreign bank transfer.
A refundable damage deposit is required in the form of a sterling cheque for the sum of £450. This is returned within two weeks of the end of your holiday.
Out of Season Price
Out of Season, between 2nd October 2011 and 31st March 2012 and between 30th September 2012 and 30th March 2013, the weekly price is 1100€ all inclusive of hot water and electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, bath and hand towels, firewood and the final clean at the end of your stay.
